Customer service has always been very important to me. When I owned an I.T. service company, I was known for the service I provided. I put service above everything else. As a result, I received more referral business than I could handle. It was during this time that I learned how much good customer service was lacking in that industry. I quickly realized my desire to help others was what made me and my company stand out.
Now with Leading Forward Media, I have the opportunity to do the same in the digital marketing space. I can bring my technical skills, understanding of social media, and the many resources and mentors I have developed together to create effective and comprehensive solutions which will help clients reach their marketing goals.
